Maybe They Should Hang Garlic Also
When our new next-door neighbors told me they were home-schooling, church-going people , I knew we would never be bosom buddies.
My most often used curse exclamation is GD it! My voice also carries.
The house in the foreground of the picture is ours. If you look at the stop-sign shaped window in the top of the next door house, you can see a cross in the window. THEY ARE TRYING TO WARD US OFF!

when people announce they are home-schooling, church-going people, that worries me.
as long as they don't invite you in, say, for bible study or something, they should be safe enough.
You donate your time. You give a Christmas to poor children. I know some of the things you do. Going to church does not always equate with Christian.
I think you're pretty lucky. They'll be praying for you.
Don't drink the kool aid. By the by happy anniversary. Yoo hoo, where did you brunch?? hmm
