Oh, you are making me salivate for spring! Who knows when that will be here in Minnesota. My husband keeps reminding me that spring starts this week. I told him it's not the date, but the temperature that signals spring in my book!

The dogs are so cute. And I love twice-baked potatoes. Is that paprika on top?

Undomestic - Spring has sprung here. I can tell by how bloodshot my eyes get. :)

Bearette - It is definitely paprika. I stuffed them with sour cream, sharp cheddar, green onions and salt and pepper. MMMMM. They were one of my favorite parts of the meal.

Corn on the cob. Can't wait. Mmmmm, artichokes. Those mushrooms look delish!

Poor doggies.

Hi Carolyn- I happened to see in one of my book catalogs that there's a new gluten-free cookbook out this year. It's called "The Wheat-Free Cook", by Jacqueline Mallorca. Thought you might be interested!

MR - My 2nd MIL is a heck of a cook too!

GM - I just read that all dieters should take one day off a week, seriously. I take off anywhere from two to five.

Liz - Ooh, thank you!
