There is nothing post-worthy here.
Life has been utter shyte lately. A good cure for the shytes is to take your kids someplace fun so I did.
We went to Fairytale Town in Sacramento. It met my main requirement. It's fully fenced. There was no way for Mr. Runs-a-lot to escape me and dart into traffic.
The kids had a great time. Mr. Runs-a-lot tried to escape when it was time to leave. I had the joy of lugging him like a sack of potatoes while he screamed his displeasure. At least I know he had fun.

Bloody kids, you take them somewhere nice, they have a great time then stuff it up at the end by screaming....I can just see you lugging the little shit to the car screaming, been there done that a million times myself.

Chris H - And for some reason the grand finale leaves me wiped out for the rest of the day. My other pet peeve is when I do something fun with them and then they complain because I didn't buy them this or that.

Ahh kids! MrV took the FB out on a long walk yesterday with loads of puddles so he could splash in them with his wellies. When he was asked later what he did today he said "nothing".
Why do kids always have to ruin a fun day with tantrum when you leave? Just giving us moms an extra special treat for being generous. LOL. Looks like fun! I hope the shytes disappear soon.

Heh that was one of my requirements when I went to places with Jig,when she was little.
That child once jumped into the OCEAN and started swimming out to sea,just to avoid going home.
